What special has Narendra Modi done in Gujarat that he is known as "Development Man" ?

Narendra Modi the person eyeing the chair of prime minister, is fighting the elections of 2014 on the horse of development and growth. Is he saying more than what he has done ? Lets look at some pro's and con's on the point of development and Narendra Modi.

 First of all lets talk about roads and bridges. Morally village roads in gujarat are not a entity of which one should be proud off. But yes we can say that they are in much much better condition then most of the other states and other than small states there is no competition for modi. But in city the wall to wall roads concept is really very well implemented. Almost each en every main roads of city areas are now four lane or six lane that too all wall to wall. Flyovers are constructed largely and of many are going on so full marks to modi for the development of roads and flyovers in city  area. Yes there are some faults but in recent 5 years the story of success has been very good. And when you compare it with other states then we are left with no choice but to praise modi atleast on the matter of building roads and flyovers still they are working, lets see what comes in future .

Now lets move on to highways. Modi is able to pass big projects from center government like 6 laning of NH8 from mumbai to Ahemadabad. The state highways are in decent condition but some of the highways can impress any person of the world. Like the state highway from Halol to Modassa which is smoother and bigger than many national highways all over the country.

Lets move on to Electricity. The picture at the right and the one at the top says all the story. The JYOTIGRAM project has benn very successful. Trust the people of gujarat they are witnessing lowest number of power cuts than all over the country. The mass development of windmills over sea as well as on land has given a boost in making of electricity. Modi is also trying to pass many projects from center similar to above ones. If he comes in center than it is atleast good for gujarat's development.

The above picture says a lot. It gives us an idea of what extent modi can think. Definetly a great one. Solar panal all over the canals which will save water by evaporation as well as generate lots of electricity. It is clear that to compete with china and USA india needs someone who thinks like modi and also implements like him.

Yes the guy in next pic is the millanium star Amitabh Bacchan . He is the brand embasattor of Gujarat tourism. Modi 's efforts to boost gujarat tourism have not gone in Vain. The tourism has developed like never before in gujarat.

It seems just has to work on his secular image and removing leftover poverty in Gujarat.

Is Rahul Gandhi a competition for Narendra Modi?

The ground for the battle of 2014 general elections is all set. Preparations have started in every front from small to mainstream parties. The one to enter the ring was BJP candidate Narendra Modi. Power full speeches and cheering audience have worked for modi till now and also BJP is working on new maarketing schemes. The energy in BJP is commendable. The same is missing in congress as well as other parties  including JDU,  RJD, LEFT, NCP and parties simular to SP BSP.

Rahul Gandhi is working hard to make his way, but thats not enough. The image of congress in the mind of common man can be and will be a headache for him. It was brave from him to face Arnab Goswami as his first interviewer but a big mistake. Not all battle are won on bravery. Lack of defence has helped modi more than him from his recent interview. Also low grade attack making an opportunity lost. A descent brave move would be accepting the proposal of one to one debate with modi. That would have been be his last chance to overshadow modi.

Modi is a giant politician who is popular, famous but not loved. Congress should work on this. Instead they are just muttering secular secular. Thats not at all enough, with this kind of marketing why one would give vote to rahul if he is avoiding a direct battle with modi. How can a person who fears his competitor can rule a country of 120 crore people. A strong personaly is needed as is of modi and kejriwal.

Kejriwal is in the race but a small horce as small as of mulayam and others. Which leaves RaGa as sole competitor for modi. Rahul's image is also shattered due to a reason that he is seen or is under the influence of leaders which are not loved of liked by the country including sibbal and digvijayasinh. A future of 120 crore people cannot be given in the hands if puppet goverment whose strings can be pulled by any ally party. One man army movies are always apploaded more.  Same is for modi, an image of working with few but intelligent personalities. Thats what rahul needs.

Rahul gandi being a young politician but is not favourite amongh youth. Only negative for modi is his non secular image but many are ready to ignore that as modi has made genuine efforts to fade earlier image.
I am not a fan of modi but do i have another option? But if there is a decent or good performance from rahul gandhi would always do good to the country, to  him as well as modi as compition is always good for qualities of products.
